IP65 waterproof and dustproof test sample delivery precautions

1. There is no obvious gap in the product shell.

2. The door gap, keyhole, outlet terminal, ventilation window, exhaust fan, hinge, etc. of the product should be designed with relevant protection.

3. The product test does not need to be powered on, so the internal electronic components can be removed and the empty shell can also be tested.

4. For the one-piece product shell that cannot be disassembled, two samples need to be sent for testing, one for dustproof test and one for waterproof test.

5. Tell the testing agency the product size and weight in advance to avoid the situation where the test cannot be carried out.

Process of handling IP65 waterproof and dustproof test report

1. Business consultation: The applicant provides product information, pictures and test requirements to Huanlixun Testing;

2. Project quotation: Based on the information provided by the applicant, the engineer makes an assessment and gives an oral quotation to the applicant;

3. Provide information: After the applicant accepts the oral quotation, the test sample is submitted to our company;

4. Payment: After receiving the sample, a written quotation is issued to the applicant, and the applicant arranges payment according to the written quotation;

5. Sample testing: Product testing is carried out in accordance with the shell protection level (IP code) standard;

6. Issue report: After the test is completed, the laboratory issues a third-party CNAS test report and closes the case.
