LCS Testing Passes LGC International Proficiency Verification!
On July 15, Luxshare Testing received a proficiency verification technical report from the Laboratory of the Government Chemist (LGC) of the UK.
The report shows that the results of the four proficiency verifications involving the chemistry of e-cigarette liquids applied by Luxshare Testing are satisfactory, which further demonstrates Luxshare Testing's excellent testing capabilities in the field of e-cigarettes.
LGC is a market leader in laboratory services, measurement standards, reference materials and laboratory proficiency verification. It was formerly the UK Government Chemical Laboratory and is now a statutory advisor to the government. The testing capabilities of the laboratory can be determined by comparing the test results between LGC laboratories. LGC has established a set of Z-ratio score calculation schemes, ∣Z∣<2 is a satisfactory result, 2≤∣Z∣≤3 is a suspicious result, and ∣Z∣>3 is an unsatisfactory result. The absolute values of the four Z-ratio scores of Luxshare Testing were 1.55, 0.43, 0.16, and 0.98, respectively, all of which achieved satisfactory results.
This international proficiency verification project is not only a test of the ability of our inspectors, but also a recognition of our testing capabilities. Luxshare Testing will take this as a new starting point to continue to strengthen the construction of testing capabilities, improve the level of testing, and take fairness and authority as the basis of work to enhance the credibility of testing. As always, we will strictly control and provide strong data support for product quality and safety.
Luxshare Testing (www.lcs-cert.com) is a well-known domestic institution that has been deeply engaged in testing for 20 years and has obtained CMA or CNAS qualifications in many fields. At the same time, a series of testing methods have been developed for e-cigarette products, which can issue authoritative e-cigarette product testing reports.
