1. Which toys need 3C certification?
As long as the toy products within the scope of the 3C certification catalog need to do 3C certification, and 3C certification is a mandatory certification in my country, it must be done, otherwise it is an illegal act, and the local quality and technical supervision bureau has the right to seize and impose fines.
2. Toy 3C Certification Product Scope
The six major categories of toy products involved in CCC certification are children's cars, electric toys, plastic toys, metal toys, doll toys and ejection toys:
1. Children's cars include children's bicycles, children's tricycles, children's strollers, baby walkers, toy bicycles, electric children's cars and other toy vehicles;
2. Electric toys include electric toys, video toys, sound and light toys, various toy electric trains and accessories, various electric animal toys, various toys with videos, various electric-driven sound and light toys, etc.;
3. Doll toys include various dolls with or without clothes, and their clothes and accessories, etc.;
4. Plastic toys include static plastic toys and motorized plastic toys, various static plastic doll clothing accessories, various static plastic building toys and building kits, various non-motor core driven plastic toys, etc.;
5. Metal toys include static metal toys and motorized metal toys, metal puzzle toy bridges, metal toy towers, metal toy dogs, etc.

III. The following toy products do not need 3C certification:

V. Points to note for toy 3C certificates
1. Validity period of toy 3C certificates: 5 years. If the toy passes the factory inspection every year within 5 years, the certificate is valid. You can apply for an extension before the expiration date, and re-testing is required. If you pass, you can renew the certificate for another 5 years.
2. Standard version change or implementation rule version change: Generally, the standard version change needs to be completed before the next factory inspection, and additional testing is generally required.
