Certification Introduction
The Singapore Consumer Goods Protection Act 1991 designates the Singapore Standards, Productivity and Innovation Committee as the functional agency for product safety, responsible for licensing and registering products involved in the Consumer Protection (Safety Requirements) Registration Scheme (CPS). Only registered products with the SAFETY logo can be sold in Singapore. All units responsible for selling regulated goods to consumers in Singapore must register each model with the safety authorities. When logging in, a certificate and test report must be used to confirm that this model complies with the mandatory product safety labeling. Currently, Singapore only requires safety, and EMC is only voluntary.

Safety requirements: Under the requirements of IEC standards, products must also comply with tropical conditions testing, and Singapore certification must provide local agents, and the certificate holder is also a local agent. Products can only be sold in Singapore after obtaining PSB.

1. CB certificate and test report valid within three years (English version only)

2. Label (only single model is accepted for PSB application, series model application is not accepted)

4. Bill of materials (BOM)

5. Architecture/engineering drawings and parts list

6. English manual

7. Color photos, including photos of appearance and interior (important safety parts)

Certification notes
1. The certificate holder is a local registered company in Singapore;
2. No factory inspection and annual fee;
3. The certificate is valid for three years;
4. If the product is a plug-in power supply, the plug must meet the relevant requirements, such as European plugs must comply with EN50075, British plugs must comply with BS1363 or SS246 requirements, and have relevant plug test reports;
5. There is no series application for product certification, and each certificate can only cover a single model and a trademark;
6. If you hold a valid CB certificate or report, you generally do not need to provide samples;
7. Certification standards: IEC standard + Singapore difference, or SS standard;
