This standard will be enforced on August 1, 2015;
After the implementation of the standard, all lithium battery products must comply with the GB31241 standard;
After the new national standard is enforced, it is expected to be subject to increasingly stringent supervision. The new national standard requirements will be adopted in the new sampling plan for national, provincial and local sampling.
