Electric toothbrush quality inspection items
1. Product labeling and instructions: first wipe with water for 15 seconds, then wipe with gasoline for 15 seconds, and the content is still clearly visible.
2. Appearance and structure inspection: The product appearance is flat, smooth, and consistent in color. There should be no obvious scratches, cracks, or deformation on the surface. The surface coating should not bubble or crack. The switch operation should be flexible and reliable. The text, graphics, and symbols describing the function are clear and correct. The product shell protection level should reach the IP20 level specified in GB4208.
3. Input test: Under normal operating temperature, the deviation between the power and the rated power of the appliance should not exceed the range specified in the standard. 4. Functional inspection: The sample is an electric toothbrush, which can work normally and the function meets the relevant requirements provided by the customer.
5. Temperature rise test: In normal use, the external temperature rise of the sample does not exceed the limit specified in Chapter 11 of GB4706.1-2005.
6. Dielectric strength and insulation resistance: It should meet the requirements of Chapter 13 of GB4706.1-2005: Class l products: 500v/60s without flashover or breakdown.
7. Fault test: There should be no dangerous phenomenon for short circuit or open circuit of components.
Electric toothbrush quality inspection report application process
1. Submit an electric toothbrush quality inspection application to LCS, we will send you an application form to fill in according to the product attributes
2. Negotiate the electric toothbrush inspection fee, cycle and other matters
3. Send the electric toothbrush to the North Test Laboratory for inspection
4. Issue an electronic report for you to review, and issue a report after verification
5. Send the report to you
