Explanation of new regulations and standards

The following products are not within the scope of EMC regulations:

Products out of scope

■ Radio Equipment and Telecommunication Terminal Equipment

■ Aerial navigation devices & their spare parts

■ Telecommunication devices used by amateurs

■ Electronic boards used by experts for research & development purposes

■ Medical equipment

■Equipment that their radiated electromagnetic field are too low to cause interference with other EM fields

Implementation date will be May 17th 2024.

On July 9, 2021, SASO officially released the "Technical Regulations Restricting the Use of Hazardous Substances in Electronic and Electrical Equipment" (SASO RoHS), which controls hazardous substances in electronic and electrical equipment.
