Mask particle filtration efficiency test

Detail Information
Product Description

Mask particle filtration efficiency test
Test principle
The mask particle filtration efficiency test uses aerosols of a certain concentration and particle size distribution to pass through the mask body at a specified gas flow rate. After the aerosol passes through the mask body, the percentage of the reduction in particle concentration is used to evaluate the filtration efficiency.
Applicable standards
GB2626-2006 Respiratory protective equipment-self-priming filter type anti-particle respirator
GB2626-2019 Respiratory protective equipment-self-priming filter type anti-particle respirator
GB19083-2010 Technical requirements for medical protective masks
GB/T32610-2016 Technical specifications for daily protective masks
YY 0469-2011 Medical surgical masks
EN149:2001+A1:2009 Respiratory protective equipment-self-priming filter type anti-particle respirator
etc.
Test sample quantity and cycle requirements
Test sample quantity: 20;
Test cycle: 2-6 working days.
Technical parameters of test items
Filter efficiency detection range
Filter efficiency detection flowmeter range
Filter efficiency sampling frequency
Filter efficiency particle concentration
Count median diameter
Geometry standard deviation of particle size distribution
Dynamic detection range
Detection cycle & mask sample delivery precautions
①The sample quantity and detection cycle of mask test shall be determined according to the actual situation of the inspection item;
②If the mask needs pretreatment, the detection cycle shall be increased by 3-4 days;
③The samples submitted for inspection must be well packaged to ensure aseptic sampling and packaging.
