Electric toothbrush quality inspection project
1. Product labeling and instructions: First wipe with water for 15 seconds, then wipe with gasoline for 15 seconds. The content will still be clearly visible.
2. Appearance structure inspection: The product appearance should be smooth, smooth, and consistent in color. There should be no obvious scratches, cracks, or deformations on the surface. The surface coating should not be blistered or cracked. The switch operation should be flexible and reliable. The text, graphics, and symbols describing the functions should be clear and correct, and the protection level of the product shell should reach the IP20 level specified in GB4208.
3. Input test: Under normal operating temperature, the deviation between the power and the rated power of the appliance should not exceed the range stipulated in the standard. 4. Functional check: The sample is an electric toothbrush, which can work normally, and its functions meet the relevant needs provided by the customer.
5. Temperature rise test: During normal use of the sample, the external temperature rise does not exceed the limit specified in Chapter 11 of GB4706.1-2005.
6. Dielectric strength and insulation resistance: should comply with the requirements of Chapter 13 of GB4706.1-2005: Class L products: no flashover or breakdown at 500v/60s.
7. Fault test: There should be no dangerous phenomena if the components are short-circuited or open-circuited.
