Product Description

Amazon must complete the ISTA_Project_6-Amazon.com-SIOC test for all specified products sold on its platform and obtain the corresponding test report. This standard is a packaging and transportation testing standard that Amazon and its suppliers’ products need to follow in Amazon’s operating environment. Products need to be distinguished according to their packaging size, packaging weight, delivery method (small package or LTL), and product category. Tests were carried out for 8 categories from Type A to Type H, and different test steps and projects were designed according to the different logistics and distribution links corresponding to the 8 types.

Amazon must complete ISTA_Project_6-Amazon.com-SIOC testing for all specified products sold on its platform 0

LCS can provide our customers with climate reliability testing, mechanical reliability testing, and comprehensive environment testing for lighting products, power supply products, power tools, communication products, metal materials and components, coating products, tape products, various types of carton packaging, etc. Testing, as well as solutions for reliability growth, identification, acceptance and life analysis, help enterprises customize and optimize product packaging solutions to ensure that new products enter the market faster and more intact.

Amazon's frustration-free packaging project was implemented as early as August 2019. It previously required packaging of goods that are larger than 18*14*8 inches or weigh more than 20 pounds for sale on the Amazon platform. Tier 1-FFP or Tire 2-SIOC certification in Amazon's Frustration-Freepackaging programs needs to be completed before August 1, 2019. After July 31, 2019, if the relevant product packaging has not completed testing and certification, Amazon will impose a fine of US$1.99 on each retail package. For products that have completed testing and obtained certification before, Amazon will fine each retail package. Each retail package rewards $1.0.
