Full English name: Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 "concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH)"
Full Chinese name: (EC) No 1907/2006 Regulation "Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals".
The EU Parliament officially released it on December 18, 2006.

The decree officially came into effect on June 1, 2007, and the REACH regulations are implemented by the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA).
Reach control scope
Including: electronic and electrical products, toys, textiles, clothing industry, plastics, rubber and their products, chemical raw materials, printing and dyeing, automobiles and their parts, furniture, leather, shoe materials, etc.
Excludes: pesticides, food, food additives, pharmaceuticals, military, national defense samples, etc.
Key elements of Reach
Registration: Chemicals whose annual production or import volume exceeds 1 ton must be registered with the EU
Evaluation: Registered substances will be evaluated, including dossier evaluation and substance evaluation.
Authorization: An authorization system has been established for the sale and use of certain chemical substances of high concern.
Restriction: A restriction system is established for certain chemical substances that pose unacceptable risks to the human body and the environment.

The SVHC EU will update the list twice a year, and there will be new requirements every year. You need to pay attention to whether we are meeting the latest requirements. (Currently updated to 211 items)
Reach’s SVHC requirements
Notification: SVHC>0.1% in articles, and the total amount exceeds 1 ton/year
Authorization: SVHC can only be used if authorized permission is given
Inform downstream users or consumers: SVHC>0.1% in the article
It is worth noting that: SVHC>0.1% does not mean that listing is prohibited, but that corresponding obligations need to be fulfilled.
