Certification Introduction
The National Telecommunications Commission of the Philippines (NTC), the full name of the National Telecommunications Commission, is responsible for the regulation of wireless and telecommunications services in the Philippines. All wireless and telecommunications products entering the Philippine market must obtain Philippine NTC certification.

Certification Classification:
NTC certification is divided into two types: Type Approval and Type Acceptance:
1. Type Approval is aimed at telecommunication products such as telephones, fax machines, etc.
2, Type Acceptance for wireless products.
NTC accepts CE, FCC, ISED, RCM and other standard EMC & RF & TELECOM test reports and obtains CB or NB approved safety reports.
Applicable Product Range:
NTC certification is a wireless certification in the Philippines. For telecommunications equipment and telecommunications terminal equipment, the existing mandatory specifications for mobile communication products have been extended to wireless related products.
Philippine ICC certification was issued by the Bureau of Product Standards (BPS) of the Department of Trade and Industry of the Philippines on August 17, 2007. The 2007 series of executive orders issued by the Philippine National Standard for audio, video and similar electrical appliances.
The ICC system applies to imported goods. For imported products that are covered by the mandatory Philippine National Standard (PNS), after the imported goods are evaluated by the Philippine Bureau of Product Standards (BPS) and meet the requirements of the corresponding Philippine National Standard or the internationally accepted foreign standard, BPS will give the product to the product.
